At The Shiddie Co., everything we make is crafted with care and intention. Some items are handmade in-house, and others are fulfilled by trusted print partners—but all are created to bring a little light to life’s little shiddies.
Handmade Items (Candles, etc.)
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches, and because of their custom nature, all sales are final.
If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

Clear photos of the issue
We’ll review and make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Dropshipped Items (Mugs, Totes, Apparel, etc.)
Items shipped directly from our print partners follow a separate policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or misprinted.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed and cannot be changed.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:
